Our 0% percent financing option is a loan made by Mobile Housing of Texas directly to you the buyer with no interest charges based on our “Financed Purchase Price” listed in our inventory section of this website. No credit check is required, but a substantial down payment is required and must be approved by our company President on a case by case basis. This is a great way to get into a new home and will allow you to avoid high interest charges and still buy a home below market or appraised value!
Bank Financing Option:
This financing option is provided by an outside third party lender that requires a much smaller down payment, but will require a credit check and finance charges will apply. This is now available via our website simply click on the " Get Approved" box below and you will receive a free credit approval in as little as 24 to 48 hours.
Our Financing Options include:
Towing, installation, and set up of your new mobile home which consists of disconnect from the current location, towing within a 60 mile radius to the new location, installation at the new location, as well as A/C, electrical, and plumbing hook ups! If skirting was included in your purchase we will re-attach all skirting. Some restrictions may apply. (This is not included in our "Discounted CASH Price".)
