0% Financing Option:
Our 0% percent financing option is a loan made by Mobile Housing of Texas directly to you the buyer with no interest charges based on our “Purchase Price” listed in our inventory section of this website. No credit check is required, but a minimum down payment of 50% of the purchase price is required and must be paid off in 12 months or less and must be approved by our company President on a case by case basis. This is a great way to get into a new home and will allow you to avoid high interest charges and still buy a home below market or appraised value!
In-House Financing Option:
With a minimum of 25% or $5,000 down whichever is greater you may qualify for long term financing for up to 10 years, your interest rate is determined by your FICO credit score and the percent of down payment and will range between 10% and 17%. This is in-house financing and a great way to get the home of your dreams with a very low monthly payment, no credit, bad credit, or good credit. Call 713-822-7865 to see if you qualify.
Bank Financing Option:
This financing option is provided by an outside third party lender that requires a much smaller down payment, but will require a full credit check with a minimum 620 credit score and finance charges may apply. This is now available via our website simply click on the APPLY FOR BANK FINANCING box below and you will receive a free credit approval in as little as 24 to 48 hours.
Our Financing Options include:
Towing, installation, and set up of your new mobile home which consists of disconnect from the current location, towing within a 60 mile radius to the new location, installation at the new location, blocking, leveling, tie-down, skirting, front steps, and A/C re-connect. Electrical, and plumbing hook ups are not included, but can be added to the financed price! Some restrictions may apply. (This is not included in our "Discounted CASH Price".
