Once we sell your home we will payoff any outstanding loan, tax, or lot liens and deduct our broker fee from the sales price, the remaining balance is yours!

Option 2: If your home meets our home buying requirements we will pay you CASH immediately for your home! Again we will payoff all loan, tax, or lot liens for you.

Both options are simple, easy, and hassle free, you don’t even need a clear title, we complete all necessary paperwork including the transfer of your SOL/Title to our company or to one of our buyers, and we will make all necessary arrangements to remove the mobile home from your lot or land!
